DESCRIPTION
Ready to use dispersion based adhesive for fixing tiles, insulation boards and decorative panels
It is used for bonding tile, ceramic, mosaic, decorative panels, thermal and acoustic insulation boards (Styrofoam, polyethylene hard foam etc.). It is applied to all indoor walls and ceilings, wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens, old coatings. It can be applied on concrete, eternity, plaster ornament, sandwich type plaster boards, wooden and painted surfaces.
Dry ˃ = 1 N/mm²
Wet ˃ = 0.5 N/mm²
RB-RTU 30 should be applied on an appropriately prepared surface by using a spatula and applied as wavy lines with the help of a notched trowel. That way equal layer thickness will be ensured. Panels or tiles are pressed on top of adhesive. A trowel with triangular tooth should be used when bonding tiles with flat back.
The surface or the material that will be bonded with RB-RTU 30 should be absorbent. Otherwise, should be considered that the drying time would be longer when bonding over old ceramic.
