DESCRIPTION

RB-CUR 765 is solvent based, fast drying, film forming agent, which is used as curing compound to retain sufficient moisture in the concrete to ensure full hydration of the cement.

RB-CUR 765 meets the requirements of the following standards:

APPLICATION FIELDS

  • For application on vertical, horizontal, smooth or textured, concrete substrates
  • Concreting in windy areas
  • Concreting in areas where concrete is exposed to intense sunlight
  • Suitable for curing and sealing plain concrete and concrete surfaces treated with non- metallic, dry shake floor hardeners and topping courses
  • Suitable for interior or exterior concrete floors, pavements, sidewalks and structures
  • Applications to existing concrete surfaces as economical, water clear, protective sealing treatments

DIRECTION FOR USE

 

RB-CUR 765 should be sprayed onto fresh concrete surface before drying. The ideal time of application is when the concrete surface does not shine anymore (Max. 20 minutes after concreting process). The coating can be done by spraying a thin layer of RB-CUR 765 on surfaces exposed to atmospheric conditions. In case of very drying of concrete surfaces, wet it with water thoroughly before applying RB-CUR 765.

Note: before any post-coating on the concrete surface, remove all of the RB-CUR 765 from the surface.

1 liter per 5-6 m2

STORAGE

Shelf life: 6 month in the original package

Storage condition: should be protected from direct sunlight and frost. Keep container in the temperature range between +10°C and +30°C.

SAFETY

As RB-CUR 765 contains chemical solvents, it is a flammable material and special care should be taken during use and storage. Avoid any contact with eyes, mouth, skin and   foodstuffs. Use in well ventilated areas and avoid direct and close inhalation.
